We are thrilled to get our beef from farmers who do things the right way, and who raise such great tasting, healthy beef. Hickory Nut Gap Farm’s beef is certified as Step-4 Pasture-Centered through the Global Animal Partnership, is non-GMO, and the cattle are raised following National Organic Program standards.
Paul grew up not far from Fairview. Both Paul and Eddie
and their families still spend lots of family vacations and holidays just across the mountain from the farm. We are excited to discover that Hickory Nut Gap Farm runs the same charming farm store that Paul has taken his kids to many times over the years to pick berries, take wagon rides, and see the farm animals.
